Wait for Confirmation

We will review and confirm your return request within 24 hours.

Ship the Item Back

Return the item in its original condition — uninstalled, unmarked, and undamaged. Items not meeting this condition are subject to a 50% deduction or denial of credit.

Shipping & Conditions

  • Express Shipping Fees are not refundable.
  • AppliancePartsFinder will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label if the item is misrepresented, damaged, or the seller is at fault.
  • If the buyer purchased the incorrect part or changed their mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items returned in a condition other than original are subject to a 50% deduction or denial of credit. The item must show no signs of installation, marks, or scratches.
  • Any damage upon receiving an order must be reported immediately. Unreported damage will be the buyer's responsibility upon return. Electrical parts are subject to an additional inspection.

Returns from Canada

Important — International Buyers

The buyer is responsible for arranging, paying, and shipping when returning an item from Canada, regardless of the return reason. We do not provide return labels for Canada orders.

Electronic Boards Policy

  • Electronic boards are subject to a 50% refurbishing fee if returned with the sealed shielded packing broken.
  • A 100% refund is only applicable in the case of a manufacturer defect, provided the item is returned with the sealed packing intact and open.
  • All boards returned under a "defective" claim will undergo testing. If the board is not found defective, a 50% refurbishing fee will apply.
