- Items returned not in original conditions are subject to a 50% deduction or deny any credit. The part must not have any type of damage, such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scratch. Items received with any type of damage must be reported immediately. If the buyer does not report a damaged item received from us, the buyer will be responsible for the damage when returning the item. Electrical parts are subject to an additional check.
Returns from Canada
All International buyers, PLEASE read before purchasing:
*The buyer is responsible for arranging, paying, and shipping when returning an item from Canada, regardless of the return reason. We do not provide return labels for Canada orders.
Return Policy for Electronic Boards
-The electronic boards are subject to a 50% refurbishing fee if the item is returned with sealed packing broken. This fee applies to all returned boards out of Sealed shielded packing.
– The board is only subject to a 100% refund in case of a manufacturer defect if the item is returned while sealed packing is open.
All boards to be returned under “defective” claim go thru testing, to be verified they are defective. If the board is not found defective as claimed, a 50% refurbishing fee will apply.
We recommend all buyers read and understand the return policy above to avoid dissatisfaction due to deductions.
